lcrafon, is an industrial company based in Cameroon, it is one of the 06 subsidiaries of the CFAO group. The head office of the lcrafon company is established in the Magzi industrial zone of Douala-Bassa.
lcrafon was created in 1979. In forty years of existence, the citizen company has marked the industrial fabric of Cameroon with products as diverse as they are varied; plastic containers for the oil, food, brewing and cosmetics industries benefiting from proven expertise in the processing of plastics. The production of brewing products provided financial stability for lcrafon during the first decades. This period left its mark on the life of the company. But lcrafon is also above all the Bic brand.
Industry serving households
Finally, ICRAFON has developed a new brand of high-end plastic household utensils called ICRALONGA. Consisting of tubs, bowls and buckets of different volumes, this new range makes a difference in households thanks to its quality and finesse.

With nearly 170 permanent employees and 40 to 60 seasonal workers, an average age of 42 and an average length of service of 12 years, Icrafon offers its employees a dynamic career path combining geographical mobility, cultural diversity and professional development within the CFAO group.
